Clarifi Staffing Solutions is working with an Oregon school district to identify a committed Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-based opportunity. This role is ideal for an educator who is driven to support diverse learners and foster an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
In this role, you will provide targeted academic and behavioral support to students receiving special education services. You’ll help students build foundational skills, access grade-level curriculum, and achieve individualized goals through structured instruction and ongoing support.
This is a collaborative position where your expertise will contribute to a team-focused approach to student growth and success.
Monitor, track, and report student progress toward established goals. Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff. Deliver differentiated instruction designed to meet individual student needs. Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Modify curriculum and instructional strategies to support student achievement. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain consistent communication with families. Support positive behavior interventions and maintain an effective classroom environment.
Prior school-based experience preferred. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Active Oregon teaching license with a Special Education endorsement. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field required Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support student success.
