The teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing a for-credit high school Bible curriculum while fostering a redemptive and organized classroom environment. Additional duties include maintaining accurate student records, communicating with school personnel, and acting as a community ambassador for LifeWise.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting. A mature Christian faith and active participation in a local church aligned with the LifeWise Statement of Faith are required.
LifeWise high school teachers will demonstrate in-depth Bible knowledge and outstanding teaching abilities for students in grades 9-12. The ideal candidate is an active church participant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is caring, committed and proficient in teaching.
