The instructor will provide individualized, developmentally appropriate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs, which includes implementing IEPs, modifying curriculum, and supporting academic and behavioral development. Core duties also involve participating in evaluations, meetings, IEP development, tracking progress, and delivering goal-driven instruction in various settings.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and hold a valid Georgia teaching certificate with a Special Education endorsement. A working knowledge of IDEA regulations and IEP development, along with completion of an approved Special Education teacher preparation program, is mandatory.
