Job description

Clarifi Staffing Solutions bridges the gap between dedicated professionals and schools in need of specialized support. Our mission is to place you in a position where your skills shine and your work creates lasting impact.

Provide individualized, developmentally appropriate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of young students. Responsibilities include implementing IEPs, modifying curriculum, and supporting academic achievement, positive behavior, and social-emotional development. Create a structured, inclusive classroom that promotes engagement and independence.

Work collaboratively with general education staff, related service providers, and families to ensure consistent support and successful student outcomes across learning environments.

Core Duties

Participate in evaluations, meetings, and IEP development. Track student progress and maintain required documentation. Support inclusive practices through collaboration with school staff. Deliver goal-driven instruction in individual and small-group settings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Working knowledge of IDEA regulations and IEP development. Valid Georgia teaching certificate with a Special Education endorsement. Completion of an approved Special Education teacher preparation program. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary instructional teams.
