Job description

  • The Tepper School is searching for full-time, fixed-term Education Technology Specialist for a six-month appointment.
  • The Education Technology Specialist will support the delivery and maintenance of academic and co-curricular courses in Canvas, an online learning management system (LMS), and other related learning technology platforms for Tepper Graduate Programs.
  • This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment focused on effectively applying technology to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Core responsibilities include: Completing initial preparation of Canvas course shells for specified academic courses Completing quality assurance checks for specified academic courses Maintaining co-curricular courses, including implementing revisions for next cycle of use Implementing specific educational assignments and activities with Canvas LTI tools and/or in related educational technology applications Other duties as assigned Adaptability, excellence, and passion are vital qualities within Carnegie Mellon University.
