The Vocational Counselor acts as a bridge between clients with disabilities and local employers to facilitate competitive employment. Responsibilities include creating customized employment plans, providing job coaching, and advocating for reasonable workplace accommodations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree combined with relevant experience, including at least 3 years of tutoring or general education. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in digital tools like Google Workspace and Asana are required.
