School-Based Program Site - After School Programs located in Mt. Mansfield School District
Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership
We are looking for candidates who are available to work all five days of the week for the full duration of the shift. We cannot accommodate partial shifts.
Pay: $22-25/hour, Based on experience and region
Position Overview Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? As a Resilience Coach, you will help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop life skills, and thrive. This is an active, hands-on role that combines mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. We are looking for positive, energetic team members who enjoy working with school-age children and creating meaningful connections every day.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred. Must be willing to obtain a Vermont Afterschool Foundations or Essentials certificate within one year of hire date Physical Requirements Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities.
