The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic suitable for a fast-Paced environment. Prior experience with children, behavioral challenges, or autism spectrum disorder is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided.
