BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN- Morris County In Home- Afterschool Hours

The behavior technician is responsible for implementing individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a bcba. Key duties include delivering 1:1 aba therapy, recording client progress data, and implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Rbt certification is preferred but must be obtained within 90 days if applicable, and reliable transportation is necessary for travel to client homes.
