IIH-BA Behavior Technician- Ocean County

The behavior technician implements individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) and developmental disabilities under the direct supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) in home settings. Key duties include delivering 1:1 aba therapy, recording client progress data, and implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.

A high school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field with 1 year of experience is preferred. Candidates must have reliable transportation, pass background checks, and be able to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 30 pounds and kneeling.
