Advanced Practice Provider (APP/LCSW/LPC) - Family Medicine

The provider will function as an integrated team member within primary care, offering brief consultations and evidence-Based therapeutic interventions for a range of behavioral health conditions. Responsibilities also include completing assessments, developing treatment plans, participating in care coordination, and contributing to education and training for medical students and residents.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work from a cswe accredited program and have a minimum of 3 years of post-Master's experience, holding a virginia lcsw license or eligibility to obtain one within 18 months. Preferred qualifications include experience in integrated health settings and demonstrated comfort with focused intervention techniques like motivational interviewing.
