Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA)

The role involves day-To-Day case management, creating client programming based on evaluations and ethical practices, and leading technicians in treatment plan implementation. Responsibilities also include conducting initial and ongoing client assessments and overseeing accurate record maintenance.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher and hold an active bcaba certification from the bacb in good standing. A minimum of one year of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders is required, with previous supervision experience being preferred.
