The Children's Ark - FT Teacher - Toddler Room

The primary responsibility is to create an environment that supports children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development by planning and implementing developmentally appropriate experiences within a classroom setting. This includes conducting continuous developmental evaluations and effectively communicating with parents and staff to facilitate each child's learning and growth.

A minimum requirement is an associate's degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field, or obtaining a child development associate (Cda) certification within one year if no educational degree is held. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in childcare, instruction, or supervisory roles.
