Part-Time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist | Illinois | School-Based

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and culturally attuned Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide part-time support within an Illinois elementary school setting. Role Overview

The Part-Time Bilingual SLP will deliver speech and language services to elementary students from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Responsibilities include conducting culturally appropriate evaluations, providing targeted therapy, participating in eligibility and IEP meetings, and offering data-driven recommendations aligned with student needs.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure services are compliant with state guidelines and reflective of best practices in bilingual assessment. Strong documentation skills and the ability to manage timelines effectively are essential.

Core Responsibilities

Participate in IEP development and eligibility meetings. Promote culturally and linguistically responsive service delivery. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse learners. Administer and interpret formal and informal assessment measures. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers. Provide bilingual speech and language evaluations and intervention services. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field and maintain an active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure.
