Challenge Course Specialist

The challenge course specialist will support daily operations of the challenge course by belaying climbers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe environment for campers. They will work closely with the challenge course manager to provide instruction and supervision for participants.

Candidates must be certified in standard first aid and cpr, possess knowledge of climbing and rope care, and have belaying experience. They should also have experience working with children and supervising staff.
