Inclusion Helper - Forest Lakes Elementary School

This role involves providing direct support and assistance to students with severe disabilities during instruction, including implementing modifications, accommodations, and behavioral intervention plans. Responsibilities also include assisting students with personal care needs such as lifting, feeding, and toileting, as well as preparing instructional materials and charting student progress data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational standard and demonstrate strong verbal and interpersonal skills. Applicants must also meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift and transfer students up to 40 pounds, and experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
