Inclusion Helper - Red Pump Elementary School

The inclusion helper provides direct support and assistance to students with severe disabilities during instruction, facilitating their independence in the least restrictive environment. Responsibilities also include assisting with personal care needs, implementing behavioral strategies, and preparing instructional materials as directed by the teacher.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational standard and demonstrate strong verbal and interpersonal skills. Candidates must also meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift and transfer students weighing up to 40 pounds, and experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
