College Success Coach

The college success coach promotes pathways into college or skills training by supporting members of the succeed cohort and facilitating daily operations of student services through the college hub team. Primary duties include providing one-On-One coaching, assisting with financial aid and admissions, coordinating support services, and managing a student caseload.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with one year of experience in an educational environment providing direct student services or managing a client caseload in an agency/School setting. Candidates must be bilingual and possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
