Core responsibilities
The aide facilitates youth recreational activities by supervising, participating, or teaching, while ensuring the fieldhouse remains a safe and secure facility through monitoring and record-Keeping. Responsibilities also include assisting with high school athletic events and supporting administrative/Teaching staff during the school day.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be a minimum of 19 years of age, with cpr/First aid/Aed certification required within 60 days of hire. Experience in recreation, athletics, or working with youth is preferred, and lifeguard certification may be required for some roles.
