Substitute Teacher

The substitute teacher is responsible for teaching and supervising students in the absence of the regular teacher by following provided lesson plans and managing classroom behavior. They must ensure student safety and maintain continuity in the educational process across various grade levels and subjects.

A minimum requirement is a high school diploma, though a bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred. Prior teaching or classroom experience is preferred but not always mandatory, and candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
