The bcba will develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism, while also sharing achievements with clients and providing caring support during family conversations. Key duties include advocating for clients, monitoring issues, and sharing knowledge through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of behavioral technicians.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and hold a current bcba license or be sitting for the exam within the next three months. Ideal applicants will have demonstrated skills in implementing aba with children with asd, excellent clinical competence, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
