Outreach Athletic Trainer - Fort Mill School District Middle Schools

The outreach athletic trainer is responsible for daily medical coverage in the high school outreach setting, including preventative measures, immediate emergency care, clinical evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation under physician supervision. Major responsibilities involve providing athletic training services at events, performing on-Site injury evaluation, determining return-To-Play standards, and maintaining detailed medical records.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related human services field and current boc certification, along with eligibility for state licensure within 30 days of hire. Candidates must possess excellent leadership, decision-Making, and problem-Solving skills, with the ability to work independently and communicate professionally with various stakeholders.
