Clinical Educator

This role supports the training and education of employees within assigned facilities by delivering standardized, competency-Based programs covering orientation, clinical topics, quality, and customer service to achieve organizational goals. The educator must develop personnel competency in chronic kidney disease treatment programs, collaborate on implementation, and utilize various educational techniques to ensure engaging learning experiences.

Candidates must possess an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing, along with current appropriate rn state licensure, preferably holding an advanced degree (Bsn or msn). A minimum of one year of dialysis experience as an rn is required, alongside maintaining cpr bls certification.
