Core responsibilities
Teachers will co-Teach five 55-Minute classes in an inclusive co-Teaching (Ict) environment, focusing on planning and implementing student-Centered instruction that addresses the needs of students with ieps and mlls. Core duties also involve managing student behavior using restorative practices, tracking student progress with data, and communicating with families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and new york state certification, with experience in a transfer school being advantageous. A commitment to the ud team mission, proficiency in google applications, and the ability to implement multi-Tiered classroom structures and behavior plans are essential.
