ABA Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

The technician will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, utilizing applied behavior analysis (Aba) techniques to build skills and confidence through engaging activities. Responsibilities also include accurately recording progress using company equipment and collaborating with families to reinforce learned skills outside of sessions.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance. Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred, and evening/After-School availability is advantageous.
