Nurse Educator (RN) - Perioperative Educator - Surgical Services

This role supports the ongoing education and professional development of nursing staff by assessing educational needs, designing, and implementing training programs to ensure staff competencies meet current clinical standards. The generalist collaborates with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and promote evidence-Based practice across the department.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing, a valid registered nursing license, and a minimum of two years of nursing experience, including operating room experience as a circulator or scrub. An msn and cnor certification are preferred.
