Surgical Oncology Nurse Development Practitioner / RN

The nursing professional development practitioner supports the professional competence and growth of nurses by integrating adult learning principles and evidence-Based practice into onboarding, competency management, education, and quality improvement initiatives. Key duties involve delivering continuing education, developing assessment tools, coaching staff on career progression, and acting as a liaison between clinical staff and leadership.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and a minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, holding a valid, unencumbered nursing license approved by the georgia licensing board and current bls certification. Required knowledge includes the anpd scope and standards of practice, along with strong communication and teaching skills.
