Behavior Therapist (BT/RBT)

The role involves providing one-On-One therapy to clients, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas, and accurately collecting data on client behaviors and responses during sessions. Responsibilities also include tracking progress, utilizing behavior reduction techniques, assisting with skill acquisition, and training parents/Caregivers.

Candidates must have a passion for working with children and helping others, along with a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must meet all bacb eligibility requirements to obtain rbt certification, pass the certification exam within the training period, and maintain the required certification.
