Head Start Child Care Provider

This position assists teaching staff by providing daily care and education for children in early head start and head start classrooms, ensuring a safe and healthy environment. Responsibilities include building positive relationships with children and families while following an approved developmentally appropriate curriculum to promote school readiness skills.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with preferred experience working with children aged birth to five years in a childcare setting. Candidates must pass state/Federal background checks and possess a valid washington state driver's license, with certifications like first aid/Cpr and a food worker permit required shortly after employment.
