Clinic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The primary responsibilities involve developing evidence-Based programming based on client data and assessments, and providing ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to registered behavior technicians (Rbts). This role also requires conducting family guidance sessions and maintaining consistent communication with the treatment team.

Candidates must be a currently certified board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) or sitting for the exam within one month, and possess excellent communication skills. Applicants must also have reliable transportation and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior challenges using aba.
