Special Education Teacher

The special education teacher is responsible for developing and delivering individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs. They also participate in activities that promote acceptable behavior and academic progress while coordinating therapeutic services.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and hold or be eligible for a california education specialist instruction credential. Prior teaching experience with adolescents in a similar setting is preferred, along with strong communication skills.
