PACE Psychotherapist (LMFT or LCSW)

The licensed clinical counselor provides direct counseling services to older adults and their families, following care plans and maintaining confidentiality. They also develop treatment plans, facilitate group sessions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Candidates must have a master's degree in social work or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with the elderly population. An lcsw license and knowledge of dsm-5tr/Icd-10 are also required.
