Behavior Technician, Willing to Train

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and collect data to monitor progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic for a fast-Paced environment. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, and reliable personal transportation is required.
