Qualified Professional

This role involves providing intensive, person-Centered, home-Based behavioral health services to support youth and families in developing adaptive and problem-Solving skills while intervening during crises. Responsibilities also include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and engaging with non-Medical community stakeholders for holistic care planning.

Candidates must possess either a master's degree with 1 year of post-Graduate experience or a bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years of post-Graduate experience serving individuals with mental health or substance abuse disabilities, meeting the qualified professional status definition. Essential requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, excellent communication skills, and competency in ehr and telemedicine services.
