Counselor

The counselor is responsible for providing advanced counseling services to individuals, groups, and families using various therapeutic techniques, while ensuring compliance with clinical contracts and regulatory goals. Key duties include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing direct support to youth for education and pro-Social behavior development, and managing case documentation and court representation.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant human services field along with 0 to 3 years of post-Master's clinical or counseling experience. Essential requirements include a deep understanding and ability to apply trauma-Informed principles, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in facilitating group dynamics.
