Direct Support Professional - Residential School Program

The direct support professional will assist individuals receiving services across educational, residential, and community settings with all aspects of their lives, including support for activities of daily living and personal care. This role requires promoting choice and independence while ensuring protective oversight and demonstrating compliance with all policies and regulations for safe program operation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include mandatory overtime and overnights. Essential requirements include proficiency in professional communication, computer skills, the ability to lift 50 lbs independently, and possessing a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
