Residential School Teaching Assistant- Day Position (Monday- Friday 8am-4pm) No Certification Required

The role involves assisting individuals receiving services across educational, residential, and community environments with all aspects of their lives, including support for activities of daily living and personal care. Responsibilities also include promoting choice and independence while maintaining protective oversight and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred. Essential requirements include the ability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory overtime, proficiency with computer software like microsoft office, the ability to lift 50 lbs independently, and a valid driver's license.
