Behavior Technician - Home-Based

The behavior technician provides clinical skills instruction and implements behavior reduction protocols based on applied behavior analysis principles for children with autism in various settings. Responsibilities include collecting data, assisting with parent training, and following prescribed behavior skill acquisition and reduction protocols under bcba supervision.

Candidates must possess either a bachelor's degree in a human services field with one year of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth needing behavior management. Strong organization and communication skills are required, and registered behavior technician certification is a plus.
