Lead Teacher- NC

The lead teacher is responsible for executing daily lesson plans and actively contributing to the creation of a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for children. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and early childhood certification, along with current cpr and first aid certifications, ensuring compliance with all state licensing mandates. Candidates must also possess strong organizational skills, the ability to build positive relationships, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
