Responsibilities include implementing behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), collecting data to monitor treatment effectiveness, and supporting the bcba by training families on individualized treatment plans. Technicians must also maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and be physically active to keep pace with young clients.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess current/Active rbt certification and access to reliable transportation, along with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred, and a strong, reliable work ethic is essential.
