Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working directly with children diagnosed with autism, utilizing applied behavior analysis (Aba) techniques to build skills and confidence. Responsibilities include following individualized treatment plans, making learning engaging, recording progress, and partnering with families to reinforce learned skills.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance. Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred, and evening/After-School availability is highly desired.
