Behavior Therapist - Registered Behavior Technician - RBT

The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the bcba and collecting/Recording patient progress data using an ipad. Responsibilities also include building therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers, and collaborating with the team to update intervention plans.

Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor's degree in any field, though a psychology degree is helpful, and prior rbt experience is beneficial but not mandatory for entry-Level roles. Availability is required monday through friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
