DSP - Independent Living Services Instructor (Sign-on Bonus!)

The instructor provides direct training to individuals in the independent living services (Ils) program to increase their independence in natural environments, adhering to individual program plans (Ipps) and individual services plans (Isps). This involves assisting individuals in maximizing independence in key areas identified by the interdisciplinary team while ensuring compliance with regulations.

An associate of arts degree or higher is desired, though experience may substitute for education, and at least one year of experience working in ils or teaching developmentally disabled individuals is required. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and have a personal vehicle, a valid california driver's license, and a driving record meeting agency standards.
