DSP - Adult Development Program Instructor (Sign-on Bonus!)

The instructor provides direct instructional services to promote independence through planned curriculum, ensuring activities are structured, based on client needs, and aligned with individual service plans. Responsibilities include conducting classes in various subjects, modeling appropriate behavior, and providing necessary personal support to individuals served.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Applicants also need to be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background clearance.
