Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians will implement high-Quality behavior therapy programs through one-On-One therapy, focusing on data collection and teamwork to serve children with autism. This involves providing life-Changing applied behavior analysis therapy in center-Based and home-Based environments.

Candidates must possess the rbt certification or have completed the 40-Hour course and be ready to test, along with having reliable transportation, a driver's license, car insurance, and a smartphone. A positive attitude, excellent time management, and consistent attendance are critical for success in this role.
