Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician implements individualized aba treatment plans designed by a bcba, collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior. This role involves providing 1:1 direct aba therapy to clients primarily in a home setting.

Candidates must possess or be strongly preferred to have registered behavior technician certification and ideally have a minimum of six months of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are also mandatory requirements.
