School Psychologist

The school psychologist will consult and collaborate with school staff and families regarding student psychological needs, conducting screenings and comprehensive evaluations to determine service eligibility. Responsibilities also include participating in the iep process, developing performance levels and goals, and providing psychology sessions using current best practices.

Candidates must hold an esa from the state of residence office of superintendent of public instruction or an ncsp certificate issued after december 31, 1991, by the national school psychology certification board. The role requires assuming responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
