Cognitive Behavioral Therapist

The therapist will work with individuals who have experienced a traumatic brain injury to develop and utilize methods that enhance cognitive functioning or change behaviors to improve quality of life. Specific duties include identifying consumer needs, developing compensatory strategies for cognitive skills, integrating life goals into therapy, and maintaining detailed, goal-Driven documentation.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though one or more years of related experience is preferred, along with an associate's or bachelor's degree being preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational and problem-Solving abilities, advanced analytical skills, and a high degree of sensitivity.
