Cognitive Behavioral Therapist

The therapist will work with individuals who have experienced a traumatic brain injury to develop and utilize methods that enhance cognitive functioning or change behaviors to improve quality of life. Specific duties include identifying consumer needs, developing compensatory strategies for cognitive deficits, integrating life goals into therapy, and maintaining detailed, goal-Driven documentation.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with preferred experience of one year or more in a related field, and an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, demonstrate strong problem-Solving and analytical abilities, and maintain a high degree of sensitivity toward all people.
