Westwood Lead Teacher

The lead toddler teacher is responsible for ensuring quality childhood experiences that support early learning and development. This includes leading a teaching team, implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, and maintaining compliance with licensing standards.

Candidates must have a minimum of a cda or an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Direct teaching experience in an early education environment and strong knowledge of social and emotional development are also required.
