Recreation Aide

The recreation aide directs trainees in leisure-Time recreation and non-Vocational activities while modeling and mentoring excellence in career success standards. Duties include assisting in the organization and implementation of recreation programs, developing contests, chaperoning trips, and potentially providing specialized instruction like swim lessons or coaching.

Candidates must possess an associate of arts degree or one year of related experience working with youth, along with a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include experience in recreation programs and holding a cdl with a passenger transport endorsement.
